The Allergy and Asthma Center at NorthPark was founded in 2006 by Dr. Scot Laurie. After practicing for 5 ½ years in north-central Dallas as well as the Garland/Richardson area, Dr. Laurie decided to pursue the establishment of his solo practice and dedicate himself to providing thoughtful and comprehensive care in the field of allergy and immunology.

Dr. Laurie’s goal in opening his practice was simple: to provide his patients with a careful and comprehensive evaluation that will enable his patients to obtain a long-term solution to their allergy-related health care problems. Dr. Laurie's expertise has made him one of the most respected allergy doctors in Dallas.

Dr. Laurie chose to locate his practice in the North Central Medical Plaza, a medical complex that is conveniently located in the heart of Dallas, just north of NorthPark Mall.  With conveniences such as valet parking, a free parking garage, pharmacy, and multiple other medical specialties on-site, the North Central Medical Plaza is a desirable location to receive your medical care. In 2010, Dr.Laurie opened a second office at the Baylor Medical Plaza at Waxahachie which is adjacent to the Baylor Medical Center at Waxahachie.
